You can submit your application using one of the electronic identities (digital certificate, AAI or smsPASS) or with a username and password that you create during registration on the portal.

Application for concessionary study programs differs from application for other study programs in that on the first page of the eVŠ application (both regular and part-time study) you select PUBLIC HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AND CONCESSIONS, while for other programs you must select PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS.
The concessionary study programs are the higher education study programs Nursing and Social Gerontology. Other study programs are non-concessionary.
For CONCESSIONARY study programs, applications in the first and second application rounds are submitted within three preferences (this also applies to PART-TIME study), while for NON-CONCESSIONARY study programs one application with one preference applies. In the third application round or in the deadline to fill remaining free enrollment places, the candidate can choose only one study program. The candidate can submit up to three applications for different study programs or modes of their implementation in the last round.
For NON-CONCESSIONARY study programs, one application with one preference applies in all three application rounds. Application for NON-CONCESSIONARY study programs is independent of the application for CONCESSIONARY study programs.
After a successfully submitted application, the candidate receives a confirmation of successful submission at the e-mail address provided in the application for enrollment. If the candidate does not receive the confirmation, the application was not successfully submitted.
